After Hours Pest Control provides pest control and extermination services across Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Central New Jersey. We are a licensed pesticide applicator in the States of New York and New Jersey. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed directly with you before any work is performed. Estimates are provided in good faith and may be subject to change based on the actual conditions found on site.

Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program Terms

By providing your phone number to us — through our website contact form, by texting our business number, or otherwise — and checking the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from After Hours Pest Control related to your pest control inquiry, including appointment scheduling, reminders, service updates, and follow-up.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

Service Estimates & Payment

Estimates are provided based on the information you give us and, where applicable, an on-site assessment. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Payment terms are agreed upon directly with you. We stand behind our work; if a treated pest problem persists, contact us and we will make it right according to the terms of your specific service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

While we work diligently to resolve pest issues, we cannot guarantee that every pest will be eliminated permanently, as factors outside our control (such as ongoing conditions, new entry points, or lack of recommended follow-up) can affect results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, After Hours Pest Control is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
